  • Pain and distress

Because of the hormonal changes and the growth of the baby during pregnancy, women experience pain and discomfort in many areas, such as the legs, abdomen, head, and back.

  • Pain and discomfort

Do not sit in one position for so long, and try changing your position when you’re starting to feel uncomfortable. Always use support to stand, and you can loosen the tight and painful muscles by using hot water bottles and hot bags. You can also get massages that can help alleviate the pain and make you feel relaxed.

  • Heartburn and indigestion

To avoid heartburn and indigestion, be mindful of what you’re eating. You should avoid spicy and acidic foods and try consuming several meals instead of having big ones. Do not lay down immediately after eating, as it makes it easier for the stomach acid to travel to your throat.
